The line is designed with capacity of 250,000t/a, oriented for high-end domestic appliances steel sheets, and can produce annealed and galvanized coils of 0.25mm~2.0mm in thickness and 700mm~1,120mm in width. It is incorporated with welder, stretch leveler, looper, rotary shear and oiler, to provide recoiling, coil dividing, trimming, oiling, shape improving and strip inspection.

 

Although the project schedule for design is no more than half a year, CISDI overcome all the difficulties and completed the contract on schedule.
