The VD model collects dynamic data (hydrogen/nitrogen/sulfur content and temperature) throughout the process, and provides the alloy quantity to be refilled receiving the sample analysis results. Taking into consideration the on-site production condition, the model can provide full automatic tracking & recording without any manual operation in L2 software, if MES functions properly.

 

All data of the model have been proved to the owner’s satisfaction.
