The 1,580mm HSM skin-pass & coil dividing line supplied by CISDI on EP basis for Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. has been running properly since its start up on November 29, 2010. From July 18^th to 22^nd, 2011, the functional tests were conducted by CISDI and the Owner jointly and 24 guarantee data were found acceptable. 

The 1,580mm HSM skin pass & coil dividing line is implemented with CISDI proprietary crop shear and skin pass mill technology. It features the highest strip yield strength among its similar kinds in China. It is the 10^th skin-pass & coil dividing line designed by CISDI. The line is designed with speed of 600m/min. and tensile strength of 1,000MPa, and is delivered in only 15 months (design + construction period).
