The PCI station consists of three systems: one is for the coal conveying of #3 and #4 BFs, and the other two are for the PCI of new #4 BF. The coal pulverizer is of medium-speed operation with max capacity of 60t/h, the design height of main workshop is up to 83m. The main engineering scope include: coal receiving tank of train and truck, two dry coal sheds, 1900m traverse crossing old workshop, PCI room, electric room, water treatment and external coal conveying line(with length of 680m). This is the first time for CISDI undertaking long distance pulverized coal fine conveying engineering.
