On April, 2^nd, 2011, No.2 slab caster of Yanshan Iron & Steel Group new area undertaken by CISDI started hot commissioning. During the test run, all equipment operated normally with test steel grade Q235, section 250mm×1800mm, casting speed 0.6m/min and 4 heats per sequence. The hot commissioning succeeded at one time. CISDI undertook package equipment supply, installation and commissioning work in the project. The owner Yanshan Steel shows satisfaction to the startup result and gives full credit to the design quality and level of CISDI.
