The BF, converter and gas holder supplied by CISDI on EPC basis for Anling Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (Ansteel Group) were successfully put into operation in middle of November, 2010. The 2,600m³ BF was ignited on November 13^th and tapped on 14^th. The 150,000m³ BFG holder was put into use on November 14^th. Converter No.1, two desulphurization units, two argon-blowing & wire feeding stations, two LFs were put into operation on November 16^th, and the whole project started trial operation. So far the Ironmaking and steelmaking systems have been running steadily. 

Chaoyang Plant of Anling Steel (Ansteel Group) is a large iron & steel complex, which will have annual capacity of 2.00Mt premium steel after completion. CISDI was contracted to provide general design for the project and supply the Ironmaking, steelmaking and gas holder on EPC basis. Several new technologies including hot metal transportation without reladling are implemented to achieve high quality, low consumption and high yield. The equipments are mostly made in China.
