The high-strength bar rolling line supplied by CISDI on EPC basis for Desheng Steel broke its daily output record set on Oct. 27, 2010 (3,000t) with 3,150t on November 2. The products have reached or even exceeded the technical requirements.

The high-strength bar rolling line, with designed annual capacity of 800,000t, can produce hot rolled ribbed rebar of Φ14~Φ40mm and plain round bar of Φ16~Φ60mm. The successful implementation of fine-grain steel rolling technology, promotion of core equipment such as short-stress mill and flying shear, successful commissioning of micro-tension, loop control and deformed bar triple-cutting on the first trial contribute to CISDI’s leading position regarding process, equipment and EIC integration in wire & bar mill in China.
