The construction of blending bins foundation for stockyard (Bidding Section I) in Panzhihua Steel Xichang base was started on November 10, 2010, marking the start of the stockyard superstructure construction. This first closed (C-shaped) stockyard to be built on EPC basis in China will be presented by CISDI, which features low pollution, small footprint, high capacity and low material loss.
