High-Temperature UHV Power Generator Unit of Shandong Taishan Iron & Steel Group Put into Operation

Recently, #1 Gas Turbogenerator Unit of 2´65MW Thermal Power Plant supplied by CISDI on EPC basis has been successfully connected to the grid, generating power at Shandong Taishan Iron & Steel Group. So far the Unit has been in stable operation, with all the indicators being normal.

The state-of-the-art high-temperature UHT gas turbogenerator unit has been provided to realize Zero Emissions of waste gases generated during the production processes. The entire thermal power plant project, after its completion, is designed to generate electric power 5,200MW per year, supply steam 75t/h per hour, economizing consumption of standard coal up to 181,000t/a, leading to reductions in CO greenhouse gas emissions by 471,600t, SO₂ emissions by 4,400t, NOx emissions by 12,500,000t, dust & particles discharge by 123,000t.
