Competence in general assembly& integration

The two payoff reels and two coilers of YIEH PHUI continuous annealing line passed the ex-works inspection on October 31, 2014. It was designed by CISDI and manufactured by CISDI Heavy Machinery. It demonstrated the stronger competence of CISDI Heavy Machinery in general assembly and integration of payoff reel and coiler equipment.

 For CAL, the payoff reel and coiler are not only important but exacting on machining detail, delivery cycle and assembly precision. The core drum as assembled is requiredradial runout less than (<) 0.3mm and levelness no more than (≤) 0.05mm/m. In test, one of the two coilers’ drum got 0.08mm radial runout, much better than desired value.
