Applying self-integrated process and EIC technology of hot-galvanized sheet profile and coating thickness control

September 15, 2014 witnessed the smooth load test of Ton Dong A CGL in Vietnam, which was package-supplied by CISDI Electric for EIC products. Within the 18-hour continuous running since its load test, the CGL performed stably and produced 78 coils.

Ton Dong ACGL was mechanically supplied by CNSE under CISDI and electrically supplied by CISDI Electric plus software programming and commissioning. Taking 14 months for construction, such line would produce 200,000t/a galvanized sheets for household appliances featured by thin specification, high surface quality and high precision. Technically speaking, the final galvanized products are ranged in 0.16mm~1.5mm thick, 750mm~1,250mm wide, maximal designed speeds respectively 200m/min at entry, 150m/min process and 200m/min exit sections. CISDI Electric devoted to this line a series of self-integrated automation control technologies, such as CGL profile control, coating thickness control, sheet surface quality control and tension cascade control. Thanks to this CGL, the client is benefited in higher quality of products and productivity.
