January 14, 2014 witnessed the successful hot test run of finishing block supplied by CISDI for alloy steel bar production line in Shandong Shouguang Juneng Special Steel Co., Ltd. NHCD950 mill is designed with maximum roll diameter of Φ950mm, being the largest China-made short-stress mill. It is used to produce premium steel bars of Φ300mm. Only a small number of Chinese suppliers are in a position to design and supply this type of mills.

NHCD series of short-stress mills are CISDI’s proprietary core products, which are especially developed for high-strength, high-rigidity and high-precision mill producing premium quality bars. This technology has been granted 11 patents and has received the 14^th China National Patent Award in 2012. Over 500 NHCD short-stress mills have been installed in reference plants and functioned to the customers’ satisfactions.
