BF#3 (4,747m³) of Anyang Steel designed by CISDI was successfully blown-in on March 19, 2013 and smoothly tapped in the morning of 20^th, with all system and equipment running properly. The BF is designed to produce 10,918t hot metal daily.

BF#3 is a new blast furnace installed in existing plant area, for which CISDI has developed a satisfactory general layout by making the best out of the limited space in narrow terrace.  

The BF#3 is implemented with CISDI’s top de alto-forno, serial-connected closed soft water circulation system, top-combustion hot stoves with high blast temperature, slag granulation by rotary drum, dense-phase coal injection and dry dedusting technology.
