CISDI provides the design for the single-stand reversible cold mill and supporting systems, including overall design (process, equipment, EIC system) for the line, design of necessary civil foundation and pipelines, erection & commissioning of line equipment and auxiliary system. 
 

The line consists of one 4-high single-stand reversible cold mill, complete with hydraulic AGC system, roll tilting, positive/negative work roll bending and roll cooling by zone to provide effective control of strip thickness accuracy and shape accuracy. The line is implemented with basic automation and process computer for 2-level control. The proprietary DC drive is for the first time applied in the main drive of cold mill. The harmonic suppression and power compensation device are developed, designed and manufactured by CISDI Electric Technology Co., Ltd. on its own.
