The project is implemented with several CISDI proprietary technology and products, including ladle turret with swiveling, lifting, weighing and cover manipulating function, large-sized tundish with slag dam, oxidization-protected casting for rectangular billets and beam blanks, auto mould level control with auto switch-over between stopper (rectangular bloom) and withdrawal speed (beam blank), liquid steel flow field and temperature field optimization inside tundish, mould taper optimization, beam blank mould cooling optimization, hydraulic mould oscillation with high frequency and small stroke, electromagnetic mould stirring for rectangular billets, uniform consolidation of beam blank, water deflection system for inner bow in case of beam blank, dynamic secondary cooling control model, withdrawal load balancing, auto switch-over of rectangular billet/beam blank cooling water circuit, optimal cutting length optimization model.
 

The line is designed with capacity of 600,000t/a, to produce steel grades such as high-strength multi-phase steel, high-strength steel for cold forming, steel for cold rolling, stock for cold rolling & pickling, atmospheric corrosion resisting steel, general structural steel, ultra-low carbon steel and special steel. The as-rolled coils are skin passed by leading technology and equipment to improve the strip surface quality, shape and mechanical property.
