The project is built in two phases. The foundation for Phase I was laid on Oct. 10, 2011 and the operation was started on Oct. 11, 2012. It takes ten months to build one 150t BOF, one 7-strand billet caster, one 35kV substation, one main control building control system, primary dry dedusting system, secondary dedusting system, contact and non-contact water circulation system and oxygen/nitrogen/argon gas. Supervision activities of CISDI Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. ensured the construction progress, quality, investment and safety.
 

Now the Phase II project is in progress.
