Automation Level II Model for Hot Strip Galvanizing Continuous Annealing Furnaces developed by Chongqing CISDI Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. was accepted by expert panel on January 12, 2012.

The Level II model control system for continuous annealing furnace in hot strip galvanizing line developed by CISDI Industrial Furnace in-house can provide full simulation of strip status data during its heat treatment in the furnace. With unique strip steady control and non-steady transition control strategy, the strip changing time and sub-standard strip quantity is reduced while the strip quality is improved.

This model was successfully applied in hot galvanizing line #3 of Panzhihua Steel in June 2011, with all data meeting the expectation. It was awarded one software copyright and one pending patent for invention.
