CISDI was contracted by Jiangshu Chengde Tube Co., Ltd. on July 7, to supply a combined tube rolling & sizing mills on EP basis.

One 4-stand 3-roll mandrel mill will be built to produce 50,000t/a seamless tubes with O.D. of F42~76mm and wall thickness of 3~12mm. It will be a complete seamless tube rolling line ranging from billet charging till cooling and handling of hot-rolled tubes on cooling bed.

Earlier this year, CISDI was contracted by Chengde Tube Co. Ltd. to supply one Ф76mm 3-stand 3-roll mandrel mill on EP basis.

Both lines are implemented with an innovative short-route seamless tube  rolling technology and CISDI proprietary 3-roll mandrel mill and novel micro-tension reducing mill technology.
