As one of the major Yonggang Steel Quality Projects, the electric furnace and continuous casting parts of this project has been launched in 2008, but later halted due to financial crisis. In October 2010, this project restarted. Since the inking of EP contract of Yonggang Steel 8-strand slab continuous caster in April 2010, CISDI has undertaken 9 projects of Yonggang Steel so far (including 1.40Mt quality high-speed plant engineering project), which presents the Owner’s full confidence in CISDI.
