Till March, 2011, basic design of Brazilian VALE ALPA stockyard project has been proceeding in an orderly manner.
Prior to the first milestone of the project (on February, 19th), 60 sheets of A1 drawings including process layout, flow chart and process drawings of nearly 50 belt conveyors were delivered to the owner by CISDI, creating a good beginning of the project.
While carrying out basic design, CISDI, in order to meet the owner’s requirement of simultaneous civil and material handling bid inviting and make assessment of entire project investment, organized many discussions about process plans and made adjustment accordingly and put forward an optimized plan acclaimed by the owner.
