On, April 4^th, 2011, Mr. Chen Shaochun, Vice President of CISDI, paid a visit to Vietnam and met with Mr. Phung Manh Dac, Vice President of Vietnamese Coal Industrial Group and Chairman of Thach Khe Iron Ore JSC (TIC) and Mr. Ho Duc Binh, President of TIC. The two parties held friendly talk about cooperation affairs of TIC projects.
