December 28, 2010, CISDI was awarded the EPC contract of ironmaking and meltshop for Nanjiang Base of Xinjiang Bayi Steel under Baosteel Group.

The specific units are two 1800m³ BFs and supportive facilities, thermoelectric blower station, two 120t top-bottom combined blowing converters, two 8-strand billet casters, two combined injection hot metal De-S devices, two inline argon-blowing wire feed stations and relevant facilities. (Annual Output- BF: 2x1.38Mt/a; Melting & Casting: 3.05Mt/a)  .CISDI is resolved to provide life-cycle services to customer in strict accordance with the contract, full processes and full functions.
