CISDI established its another one wholly-funded overseas subsidiary in India, completing the registration in Mumbai on July 11, 2016. CISDI ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CISDI India for short) succeeds to CISDI Brazil and CISDI UK to further expand the overseas businesses of CISDI Group. Specifically, CISDI India is expected to pioneer in the Indian market and enrich the overseas layout of the group company, on one hand, making effective use of the local resources, and on the other, facilitating closer contacts and partnership with local clients and suppliers. It has been playing a constructive role in CISDI’s services for TATA Steel Limited and JSW Dolvi Plant during its preparation.
