CISDI’s No-Bell Top System adopts brand-new drive to simplify the structure and driving system and create easy and reliable operation and maintenance; the novel related cooling system can better adapt to high-heat conditions.
CISDI came to the research conclusion of Blast Furnace No-Bell Top Distributor on December 23, 2014. It has been certified by China’s national expert committee that CISDI’s C-model distributor can reach world’s top level with its main performance data and is qualified for industrial application.
CISDI’s IIPR C-model distributor is designed with new drive mechanism to make driving system much simpler and less fault. The rotation and tilting are both driven by electric motor so that the chute is tilted by differential motion and driven by actuation of push bar structure. C-model distributor has been functionally tested under various conditions and reliably pilot run in over 3 months, getting technical indicators as desired. Thechute’s rotating speed can be adjusted within the range of 0~8r/min, tilting speed ranging 0~2°/s and tilting location accuracy at ±0.1°.
It takes 8 years for CISDI from delving into the topic theoretically and technically to sample machine manufacture and pilot test in pursuit of breaking the foreigners’ monopoly in this regard. Among the ten distributor options, CISDI determines C model as the final pilot and marketing product; since then, C model distributor has experienced cold and hot state tests and reliability inspection on the 1:1 pilot platform, and online monitor system of such distributor has been developed thereof.
