The heat treatment line supplied by CISDI on EP basis for Liaoning Hengye Group Co., Ltd. successfully passed the hot test run on March 28, 2014.
 

This is a fully-localized heat treatment line for high-property sheets developed by Zhejiang University, Beijing Science and Technology University, the user and CISDI, and supplied by CISDI on EP basis. The leveler is implemented with CISDI proprietary 9-roll plate hydraulic servo leveling technology for sheets and strips, with 14 servo cylinder servo control including front and rear tilt leveling, left and right swing leveling, in-built bending roll compensation leveling and side roll lift leveling, as well as drive safety protection and quick roll changing technology, which contributes to the world’s leading leveling performance (the flatness of 6mm/1100MPa high-strength sheets can reach 0.5~1/1000 mm). The leveler is designed for product of 4~ 10mm in thickness, 1,800 in width (max.) and yield strength of 700Mpa (1,100Mpa has been reached actually).

 

The leveler performs both primary leveling and final leveling, contributing to much less capital cost. The leveler can provide both tension leveling for strips and tension-free leveling for individual strip. The leveling performance has exceeded the expectation of the customer.
 

The Owner sent a letter on April 9 in acknowledgement of CISDI devotion and contribution to the project.
 

It is written in the letter that “As China’s first self-developed heat treatment line, it is very challenging in design and commissioning, but CISDI has worked hard during the entire process from design to manufacture, from manufacture supervision to on-site commissioning to make it the best one of its type in China.”
