3D Design Drawing of High-temperature & High-pressure Vessel
The hot air heater for autoclave developed by MCC-Xi’an Electric Furnace Institute (a subsidiary of CISDI Group) was used in well logging by CNPC recently. This is the world’s first test device to simulate high-temperature & high-pressure environment by hot air heating, which features good safety, environmental friendliness, high energy efficiency and low cost.
The high-temperature & high-pressure device is used to simulate the temperature and pressure data in special conditions, so as to allow performance data test for tools/apparatus functioning in similar stratum. It can be widely applied in petroleum, chemical, coke, weapon and aerospace field. The existing high-temperature test device worldwide are mostly heated by heat transfer fluid in forced circulation way, which feature complex equipment, high operation & management cost, poor safety, limited performance due to low limit test temperature and long heating/cooling period.
Together with high pressure system, the hot air heating device developed by MCC-Xi’an Electric Furnace Institute can conduct a high-temperature (max. 250°C) and high-pressure (200MPa) simulation test within 8 hours, reducing the test period by app. 1/3 compared with conventional test (175°C, 140MPa) using heat-transfer fluid, and the vessel fluid temperature deviation from target is less than 1°C, featuring simple operation and stable performance.
MCC-Xi’an Electric Furnace Institute has filed for 6 patents (including 3 invention patents) and developed proprietary technologies including hot air heater for high-temperature & high-pressure vessel, temperature monitoring & protection control, hot air recirculation & frequency-variable control, temperature cascade PID control.
