With efforts for three years, the Center has developed over 40 major research projects, and harvested 30 more substantial technological fruits. It has broken through multiple technical monopolies and realized technology exports. As payoffs, the R&D production as transferred and promoted has totaled 30, yielding accumulatively 7.4 billion immediate economic returns. The technical production has casted 25% radiance rate in Chinese enterprises, valuing more than RMB 270 billion. As one of China’s 1^st-group national engineering R&D centers in enterprises, the Center has put its core at key projects, and based on them, promoted technologies in projects and industrialized them in social development. Among other things, over 60 iron and steel making projects have been involved in the undertaking of CISDI’s center, driving the advancement of Chinese ferrous metallurgical plants.
