From December 17 to 19, 2013, CISDI Chairman Xiao Xuewen paid successive visits to the customers and partners in Taiwan and Japan. On December 17, 2013, Xiao delivered a report to Formosa Plastic Group concerning the consulting service progress for Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Mill (FHS). Both parties discussed about the present international economic conditions and had detailed exchanges on how to reduce the FHS mill operational cost and enhance its overall competitiveness.
