The National Engineering Research Center for Iron & Steelmaking Plant Integration built by CISDI successfully passed the acceptance by the Ministry of Science and Technology on Oct. 12, 2012. 

CISDI was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology to build the National Engineering Research Center for Iron & Steelmaking Plant Integration in February 2009. The Center has undertaken 60+ major iron and steelmaking projects, including several record holders in China. 25% of the technical researching outcomes have found application in enterprises, generating output of over RMB 270 billion.
