Inlet water Valve was opened at 10 a.m., and a stream flowed from ¢2m water inlet pipe to the storm collecting pool via stilling basin, marking its start of service.
 

The pool is 1,560m long, 195m wide, 8.5m deep, with effective volume of 1.2 Mt/m². It is known as the largest storm collecting pool in China steel industry, which can provide storm collection, flood drainage, water storage and regional partition. Its capacity is 12,000,000 6m², which can bring direct profit of RMB 24 million.
