CN Steel Plant Engineering Co. Ltd. (CNSE), a joint venture set up jointly by CISDI and Nippon Steel, was contracted by YSS to provide engineering and supply equipment for Project C CGL on April 11, 2012.

YSS is a joint venture between YODOGAWA Steel Works, the largest PCM manufacturer in Japan, and Sheng Yu Steel Co., Ltd., the largest PCM manufacturer in Taiwan. Project C CGL is intended to build a hot galvanizing line for high-grade home appliance sheets, with annual capacity of 312,000t/a. The line is scheduled to be put into operation at end of March, 2013, for which CNSE will provide engineering, equipment supply, equipment erection (coordination), commissioning, test run and training.
